A roof window involves cutting into the roof’s waterproof layer, so the installation demands both expertise and precision. With us as your partner, you get help with:
We find out how you want to use the room and look at how the roof is built. Based on this, we suggest the size, model and placement that will let in the most light.
After a visit on site, you receive a quote that is easy to follow. It takes into account the roof pitch, structure and insulation, so the solution lasts in the long run.
The window is installed by our roofers and sheet metal workers, according to the manufacturer’s instructions and current regulations. We make sure the connections to the roof are watertight and that the result looks good both outside and inside.
Before we leave, we go over the entire installation one last time. You receive a warranty on our work, and the window is covered by the manufacturer’s product warranty.

It is rarely possible to tell from the ground. Moss and the odd broken tile can usually be fixed, but if the underlay has become brittle or moisture has reached the roof boarding, a replacement is often the better long-term option. We’re happy to come out and assess your roof, and we’ll give you an honest answer about the most sensible way forward.
Yes, if you own the property and the work counts as repair, maintenance or renovation. This includes roof replacement, re-roofing and most repairs. The deduction applies to the labour cost and is deducted directly from the invoice. Housing associations (BRF), however, cannot use the ROT deduction for work on the association’s roof.
With a complete re-roofing, you receive a 30-year watertight roof warranty. For other types of work, the warranty is stated in the quote and the contract, so you know exactly what applies before the work begins. The manufacturers’ product warranties also apply to the materials we install.
